Benefits
Retirement Plan
TMPA has a Defined Contribution Employee’s Pension Plan where the Agency deposits
an amount equivalent to 10% of each employee’s gross salary every pay period to
be invested at the discretion of the employee into a selection of Mutual Funds provided.
An employee becomes 20% vested at the completion of one year of service and 20%
each year after until 100% vested after 5 years. At the end of the first six months
of employment an employee becomes eligible to contribute from 0 – 50% into the retirement
plan.
TMPA Incentive Program
The goal of the program is to reward employees for their efforts in meeting key
result areas established by Management and approved by the Board of Directors. Employees
can earn from 0-15% to be paid each year based on their total earnings. Following
are the payments by year:

- Dec 2001 10.62%
- Nov 2002 11.58%
- Nov 2003 9.63%
- Nov 2004 7.33%
- Nov 2005 12.21%
- Nov 2006 10.52%
- Nov 2007 10.62%
- Nov 2008 10.96%
- Nov 2009 8.94%
